Welcome to Turn Up Ventures (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing our website, platform, or attending any event or service operated by Turn Up Ventures, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Attendee”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1. Turn Up Ventures is an experiential entertainment and nightlife-focused brand curating events, ticketing, and guestlist-based experiences.

2. Access to our events is invite-only or curated, and may require verification or approval from our internal team.

3. By using our website or attending our events, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all rules, policies, and venue regulations.

4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or refuse service at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

   • misuse of platform

   • security threats

   • violation of event rules

   • inappropriate or unsafe behavior

5. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information while registering or booking.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

1. Most Turn Up events are 23+ unless the event page specifies a different age limit.

2. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry.

3. Users must have an active phone number and/or email ID for receiving confirmations, updates, and digital tickets.

3. USER DATA & ACCOUNT

1. Turn Up Ventures may require logged-in or verified access using WhatsApp, email, OTP, social media, or other identity verification methods.

2. By submitting your information, you authorize us to use your data for:

   • event approvals

   • ticketing and QR-code delivery

   • WhatsApp/SMS/email communication

   • security and verification

   • marketing communication (non-sensitive)

   • internal analytics

3. Your data is managed according to our Privacy Policy.

4. TICKETING, BOOKINGS & PURCHASES

1. All ticket confirmations, QR codes, and booking receipts are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, SMS, and/or email.

2. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment partners.

3. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event.

4. Duplicate, tampered, or resold QR codes will lead to denied entry without refund.

5. The booking is confirmed only upon successful payment or approval notification.

6. Entry is subject to ID verification and event-specific rules.

5. EVENT ENTRY & CONDUCT

1. Attendees must comply with venue rules, event guidelines, and instructions from staff and security teams.

2. Strictly prohibited inside the venue:

   • narcotics or illegal substances

   • weapons or dangerous items

   • outside food/drinks

   • unauthorized recording equipment

3. Misconduct, unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication beyond safe limits, or violation of rules may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.

4. Event timings, artists, lineups, and venue layouts may change based on operational or technical requirements.

5. Venue capacity, permissions, and local regulations may restrict entry at times.

6. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT RIGHTS

1. Events may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed.

2. By attending, you grant Turn Up Ventures unrestricted rights to use photos/videos containing your image for:

   • marketing

   • event aftermovies

   • digital content

   • social media promotions

3. No compensation is applicable for such usage.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

1. Attendees participate at their own risk.

2. Turn Up Ventures is not responsible for:

   • loss or theft of belongings

   • injuries or personal incidents

   • delays or disruptions due to weather, traffic, technical issues, or third-party acts

   • changes in lineup, timing, or venue constraints

3. In case of event cancellation, liability is strictly limited to the ticket refund amount as per Refund Policy.

4. Turn Up Ventures does not guarantee uninterrupted website/platform access.

8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

1. All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless Turn Up Ventures cancels or postpones the event.

2. Refunds (if applicable):

   • Initiation: within 3 business days

   • Completion: 5–7 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway

3. User-requested cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. If entry is denied due to violation of rules, incorrect information, fake IDs, or intoxication, no refund will be provided.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

1. We use external partners for payments, SMS/WhatsApp delivery, analytics, and event venues.

2. Turn Up Ventures is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems.

3. Users must comply with the terms of third-party services where applicable.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Turn Up Ventures shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters

• government restrictions

• pandemics

• strikes

• technical failures

• accidents

• venue unavailability
  In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will follow event-specific policies.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

3. Users agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Turn Up Ventures may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — TURN UP VENTURES

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through Turn Up Ventures (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing any ticket, pass, table booking, or event access, you agree to the terms below.

1. GENERAL POLICY

1. All ticket purchases, table bookings, and guestlist confirmations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE unless the event is cancelled or postponed by Turn Up Ventures.

2. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, the customer is not eligible for voluntary cancellation or refund.

2. REFUNDS FOR EVENT CANCELLATION

A refund will be initiated only if:

• The event is cancelled by Turn Up Ventures

• The event faces venue shutdown, government restriction, or force majeure conditions

Refund Conditions

• Refund amount will be limited to the ticket/table price paid.

• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or add-on costs may not be refundable unless mandated by law.

3. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refund Initiation: Within 3–5 business days of cancellation announcement

• Refund Completion: Within 5–7 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway

• Refunds will always be processed back to the original mode of payment

You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS/email once the refund is initiated.

4. NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS & DENIED ENTRY

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

1. The attendee does not show up for the event

2. The attendee reaches the venue late and misses the event

3. Entry is denied due to:

   • incorrect or mismatched ID

   • intoxication or unsafe behavior

   • violation of event/venue policies

   • carrying prohibited items

4. The attendee provides wrong contact details and does not receive their QR code or entry pass

5. The attendee is removed from the venue due to misconduct

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES / PAYMENT FAILURES

• If money is deducted but the ticket is not generated due to technical error, the system will automatically refund or complete the booking.

• In case of unresolved issues, users can contact support within 24 hours with payment proof.

• Duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are always non-refundable:

• Guestlist approvals

• Table reservation advances/security deposits (unless event is cancelled)

• Convenience fees

• Merchandise or add-ons (if applicable)

• Food & beverage pre-purchases (if applicable)

7. SPECIAL CASES (If Applicable)

Turn Up Ventures reserves the right to provide partial or full refunds under exceptional circumstances such as:

• payment charged twice
